Need to allow more time for the couple of ladies to clean when you have a larger home. I would like to get my floors cleaner. The "new" style "mops" don't clean as well as when you rinse and wringe with the old style ones. Mop water and fabric cloth should be changed more frequently on my house.
The maids are professional and friendly. They have always done a very good job. The products they use are all good. We have a specific product that we use for the shower door and walls and they have happily used it each time.
Merry Maids has always accommodated the dates and times that I need for a house cleaning. I have use this company more than one occasion whether for a regular, move-out, or construction cleaning they are thorough. They answer all my questions and if they overlooked something they are ready to make it right.

I like that the same person is assigned to my home each time I have a cleaning service. Also that my cleaning person is personable and very efficient. I describe her as the energizer bunny. She gets down on her knees for floor boards and lower cabinets. My home sparkles and smells like cinnamon when she is finished.
I love that the ladies come fully loaded with everything needed to clean a home with smiling faces too! They do an overall great job & when they leave, whole house is clean in part of one day, and smelling better than before.

I think Selena was the name of the employee that cleaned last time. She was very good. She opened my curtains, cleaned everything that was supposed to be cleaned. It smelled wonderful.
