Coordinator Bobbie delivered great customer service! She was extremely attentive to the time sensitivity of our need. She jumped a few hurdles and was able to turn around and provide a cleaning service with only a day or so notice in time for a property closing. The ladies were on time, pleasant and did a good job. Loved how they had a cleaning process that allowed us accessibility to certain areas of the home, and they had great time management as they directed us every step of the way on their progress within the time restraints given.

I like the very detailed checklist used by the quality control personnel. The cleaning crews are held to this checklist when cleaning my house. Overall, the crew does an excellent job of adhering to the checklist; however, on occasions they will omit some items (i.e., dusting of higher shelves, baseboards, cobwebs, and dust mopping underneath furniture). When this occurs, all you have to do is notify the manager and she will send another crew out to complete those tasks. For the most part, the cleaning crews are detailed oriented doing a thorough job of making my house shine. The products they use are excellent with the exception of their floor cleaner - it seems to dull my wood floors, so you can request they use your products instead. Overall, I have been most satisfied with this company and its employees.
The ladies show up when they are scheduled to come. They get a lot of cleaning done in the short time there are in our home.

The communication, services, and those performing the services were always wonderful. The job was always done well and all of the ladies that came to clean our home were so nice. This was such a huge thing to take off of my plate and it was so appreciated.
