Excellent cleaning. I have 3 golden retrievers that shed a lot and they always manage to get the dog hair off the sofa cushions, around their crates and in ever corner their fur gathers in. My house is always spotless when they leave. The teams are always very prompt and work very efficiently. Communication from the office staff is timely and excellent as well.

There are so many things I like about Merry Maids. One of the things is that they use their own equipment and cleaning products. Another thing is that they are good about sending me reminders of when they are coming. Once they are here, they don't waste time, and when they leave, I know my home is clean. Merry Maids is a professional service, and I have only praise for how they clean my home.

I like working with Jason for scheduling and when I have questions. I must say I was surprised when the most recent employee marked that her work had begun when she was still parked in the street. So, we've left instructions for the Merry Maids to park in the driveway and use the side door (fewer steps and closer to the vehicle). But this person didn't get the memo, and trudged up front steps unnecessarily. And she was marked "started cleaning activity" before she arrived!
The last two Merry Maids neglected a full kitchen trash can and didn't take it outside. I was surprised.
Overall, they do a good job.

I have been using Merry Maids for about a year. Tesla is my girl! She is thorough and very conscientious. But, when Tesla is not available whomever Merry Maids sends does a great job. Merry Maids has some great people because they treat their employees very well. That's the key to a successful business! If you take care of your people, they will take care of you!
