This was my first experience hiring anyone for cleaning so I did have a little bit of "sticker shock" when hearing the pricing but I couldn't be happier with the quality of work I received for my move out cleaning.
The two ladies that cleaned my place wasted no time getting started and just flew into action. The whole process from booking to their exit was exactly what I wanted and expected.
I will say that my booking time was for a 1-3 pm arrival and then received a reminder call and the time was different (11-1), so that was not ideal, however, it all worked out and we're only human so I know mistakes happen.

The company works with your schedule and can change the date or time if notified. The team sends a message of their arrival time. All of the crews are friendly yet professional. The products leave the house smelling fresh and clean and are not overwhelming. I love Merry Maids and do recommend them to everyone.

The staff of Merry Maids was great to work with from start to finish! They communicated frequently and easily in various ways. They were thorough in their explanation of the service, as well as their attention to detail with the job. All questions were answered promptly. They were willing to return to the site and finish a couple of spots that were missed - no questions asked. I am SO pleased and will definitely be recommending the company to others!

I like the all purpose cleaner with a hint of cinnamon but do not like the oily product used on the furniture. It does not soak into the “wood”
