I like that you use your own tools and products. The girls that came to my home were very polite, they got right to work and did a professional and thorough cleaning. The products they used are all green…my floors felt so clean!
We especially appreciate that the same people return but if a replacement is necessary, Merry Maids management arrives on scene to direct the job detail requirements. The team always arrives following a text message indicating ETA. We appreciate little things like this.
Workers are always willing to do more when asked. Also, it’s easy to change dates if necessary!
