The Merry Maids who have come to clean my house are always first-rate cleaners in addition to being friendly and easy to work with. Debbie, who runs the office, is always on top of things. She and I are in touch the day before the cleaner arrives and she is always considerate, well-spoken, friendly, and well-organized. A great outfit!
With Covid here, disinfection is very important to me and my Merry Maids housekeeper does a good job of disinfecting all touchable surfaces. And the disinfectant has no harsh odor. She always wears a mask and gloves and knows the proper sequence of cleaning rooms.
Everyone is very friendly and hard working.

We like that the products don’t leave any strong smells or residue. I always feel that the house is genuinely clean after Maria leaves. We also love Maria. She is always on time, kind and professional.
Every time I speak to the office manager Deb she is very inviting to communicate with. She is flexible with dates and times and she sends great workers to get the job/jobs completed in a timely manor. What I miss is the face to face encounters with Deb of seeing the apartments then giving an estimate because of the pandemic I am looking forward to getting back to that.
I would recommend this agency to family, friends and co-workers.

Followup, I wasnt satisfied with initial cleaning of a very dirty apartment left by my tenant. I was called re satisfaction, explained that I was not, immediately said they would take care of it. Booked appt right away.
