I love my Merry Maids housekeeper! As she cleans my home, we chit-chat for awhile (I am in a wheelchair). I get to see the care she uses to care for my belongings and how she really wants to do a good job. And when she leaves, I love looking at my shiny stove and refrigerator and how the wood is bright on my floor.

I have tried a few different service agencies with mixed results. Merry Maids Holyoke MA is by far the best. They do a great job and seem to be well trained. Always pleasant and acomodating.

When I walk into my home after my housekeeper cleans, it has this nice "clean" smell, not strong but pleasant. My bathroom "sparkles and shines", and my wood floors look so new. I keep asking her what she uses because I swear it covers up the scratches.

Following my instructions, the Merry Maid on my premises uses only non-toxic organic substances, mainly vinegar for wiping surfaces, etc.
Tia was very cool and understanding. She really tried her hardest and made a huge difference in a big, old, weird, and dirty house. If I ever need more cleaning I would specifically like her again.

Merry Maids is known for cleaning business offices, but I think people underestimate the advantages of using Merry Maids for cleaning their homes. The cleaners do a terrific job, and if there is ever a problem you can always call the main office and ask for a 'redo.' The money transaction is taken care of by the main office, so that you and the cleaner can focus on the job at hand. It's a very well-run organization. I have been using Merry Maids for three years and am very happy with the service.
