Very thorough and detail oriented. Worked seamlessly around cluttered spaces as we were moving. Also worked well with my family in the home, with and kids getting in the way. Thoughtful, kind, patient. My home is very clean now! And it’s a big home. I’m impressed.

Except for a couple instances, the workers were efficient, thorough, and cooperative. They even accommodated our little extra chores without reservation. The reason I marked a nine for recommendation to others is that I just have a policy against recommending services (I've been burnt once too often). However, I would gladly relate our satisfaction with Merry maids to anyone who was to ask.

The cleaner was very efficient, worked without much input from me. She was very pleasant, and finished in the expected amount of time. My only concern about using you folks all the time was the cost.
The products used are not overly odorous, some no odors, but the floor cleaner has a very clean smell. My stainless appliances look new and my wood floors are gorgeous. The housekeepers work very hard.

I was satisfied with the cleaning. I admit a few minor spots were missed but thats to be expected nothing serious was neglected. The cleaner was extremely respectful and very nice would love to have her again.
This was my first experience in using a housekeeping service. Sai arrived on time and was very friendly and warm. We discussed what needed to get done and that I could tell her exactly what I wanted. Instead of feeling awkward, it felt empowering in a positive way. I'm so happy with the cleaning and the professional attitude of Sai. Would definitely request her again.
