I am grateful to be able to afford to have someone keep our house clean. It is grand coming home to a sparkling house. I also very much appreciate the use of "green" cleaning products. Well, I'm assuming "green". That's important to me, as in no scents. Very important.
This is not to say I am totally satisfied. I have to call to find out how to increase services so baseboards are dusted, dusting is done under my bed (how could it not be part of cleaning the floor?! A few swipes with the a dry mop. Done.), and others things. But for the most part I am glad I made the decision to have cleaning services, and am pleased with the delightful employees from Merry Maids.
Speaking of which, I think a name change is in order. Merry Maids. Really? These women deserve more dignity that that name provides. A lot more dignity.
Great service by Savannah, but others can be spotty
I like the efficiency and professionalism of the people who have cleaned my house. The cleaning is always thorough and I seldom have to specify what I want done as I have been using Merry Maids for a long time. If there is something special I will mention it and always find it completed when I return. I do not know the names of the product used but my apartment always smells fragrant after a visit.
My housekeeper does a thorough cleaning every 2 weeks and I am totally satisfied. She comes into my home with a smile and is methodical in her work. And the cleaning products she uses have a very faint "clean scent", not harsh at all.
The crew was extremely meticulous cleaning our offices!

I bought Merry Maid Services as a present to my friend who was going in for surgery.
She reported that the 2 ladies who came to clean were terrific.They a really good cleaning job and were efficient too. Her one suggestion for improving the job was to clean around handles, knobs, etc.
Everything was so clean when I returned home. My floors were so clean.
Debbie in the Amherst, MA office was very pleasant and accommodating to schedule the cleaning to coincide with my Son moving back into his off campus apartment.
Also, my Son’s roommate that was there at the time of the cleaning said the woman was very nice and did a thorough job!! They were happy!!
As the mom of a roommate that left in March at the beginning of the pandemic, and had not been back until August, (after countless people stayed in the apartment) I was thrilled to know that it was professionally cleaned! Funny story.... Cleaning the refrigerator was included in the cleaning price, but my son had asked that it not be done by Merry Maids. Trust me, after leaving it for 4+ months for “other roommates to take care of, He sure wishes he had Merry Maids clean it! He opened it then spent an hour throwing science experiments away🤮 and scrubbing it!
I got to see the place 3 days later and (even though boys are still boys), I was happy with the work that was done‼️

Initially thought 2 cleaners would be showing up but 1 only showed. The 1 cleaner worked hard and did a good job. I personally thought it was alot of work for 1 cleaner but that individual got it done. The products used I do not know what they were, but the bathroom smelt nice along with the rest of the house.
Friendly workers who ask what you want and get it done. Cleaning products do not leave any lingering smells. This is a really good service.
The rooms were very very clean, and well done by the team. All areas were attended
to and we are very pleased with how everything came out.
