The crew showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), I showed them around the house and they went right to work. They were thorough, professional and friendly. Finished right on time and cleaned after themselves on the way out.

Two young women came to my house to clean a full, unfinished open basement. They thoroughly vacuumed and wet-mopped the entire floor, every inch, every corner. They also dusted away the dust webs in the ceiling beams and around the windows. When scheduling the appointment, I asked if they could use a floor cleaner that did not have a strong scent, because of allergies, and they indeed used something that left the basement floor clean and fresh but without any strong scent. They worked well together as a team, were very professional and courteous, and completed what was a big job in a timely manner. They were very responsive to what I wanted and I thank them and would call on Merry Maids again for any cleaning project.

I find the staff at Merry Maids (Holyoke) to be pleasant, friendly and competent in the jobs they do. My housekeeper cleans my floor like no one else can (some kind of wood) and I love entering my home after she leaves, it seems to shine.
