My one pet peeve is, I constantly get a new person cleaning my house and I have to make sure they clean under the beds and wet damp mop the floors and also under the beds. A couple times they forgot the Microwave area. I also remember the kitchen counter still needed to be scrubbed down and was just quickly gone over but it was not done completely. Once they completely missed my bathroom downstairs. I remember when I used to have Vilmarie who is now a supervisor and my house was always done right, but I constantly have to remind the girls. I have been a customer for years and want to continue but if I have to remind the staff on their duties I will consider going somewhere else.
I still give you a high ranking but if this continues I will drop the number and look elsewhere.

The cleaning is systematic and very complete. Everything sparkles. But what is really marvelous is the professionalism and good humor of the crew. Always smiling and polite and just pleasant to have around.
I appreciated most that I could call on short notice and have my condo cleaned quickly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
I love that they work with my schedule since I work odd hours, so they do not disturb my sleep patterns. They are extremely reliable which I had issues with previous company's. They are also really good with my small. Dog which I appreciate.

I like the Merry Maids eco friendly cleaning products and the fresh aromas after a service. I especially like the lemon oil polish and the non abrasive cleaners in the barroom and kitchen. My comments are based on a one time full house thorough cleaning. I had two women that have been working together as a team for Merry Maids. I liked that Jillian and Avalyn worked quickly and thoroughly while cleaning my home. They got along well as a team and clearly enjoyed working together. They brought all their own products, vacuum and supplies. Jillian listened carefully to me about what particular things I wanted cleaned (my "To Do" list) before they began and after they finished cleaning a room/area, they invited me to check it to see if they missed anything or needed to redo anything. I had very little if anything that needed to be redone- one thing was a little extra vacuuming in a carpeted area due to dog hair. While in the kitchen, Avalyn dropped a pepper shaker on the floor and a piece broke off- she came to me right away and told me that Merry Maids would take care of it- I told her I would just glue it as it had broken there before- Merry Maids is both insured and bonded which is an excellent part of their service! Partway through my cleaning, Vilmarie, Merry Maids quality control person, arrived to see how things were going and she went over my "To Do" list with me again and explained things they can't do like they don't vacuum curtains- due to possible damage/pulling down- but they do vacuum tops of curtains and rods. I really appreciated that she explained the particulars to me of what they can and can't do. Since they left I've just found a few things that they missed but nothing obvious- I never caught them before they left. I've committed to a two week cleaning schedule with Jillian (and Avalyn if a second person is needed) right away because I'm really enjoying living in a house that's nice and clean and I didn't have to do it! Okay, I still have to vac up some dog hair now and then but so what!

The ease of setting a day and time to have the office cleaned every other week.
I'm very happy with my housekeeper, as she is pleasant, works hard and takes pride in her work. I have wood floors and she takes very good care of them.
I am not aware of the specific cleaning products used in my home but I trust Kevin that they are environmentally friendly and I know they work well.

The products are neutral, not heavily fragrant. Thee are times when I wish that I had requested

My wife was very happy with the service. There was a nice aroma, not too strong, in the rooms. We never inquired about the ingredients in the cleaners but we have no allergies so it was never a question. The house looked like it was brand new from top to bottom.
