The girl cleaning our house was a very hard worker, polite, and did a very thorough job. I think the initial person checking the house to give an estimate should ask the customer if they want any wood floors washed if they see that the house has them. That was a concern for me. Unless a wood floor has protection with polyurethane or sealant, it's not a good idea to wash them.
Very reliable. I would give a 10, but I think the cost is just a little higher that it should be.
I love how quickly you were able to come out to my house to give me a professional quote on the services I was interested in and then how quickly you were able to start cleaning. My house looked great when I came home and it gave me such a relief knowing my house was so clean. The service was efficient and first class. A crew of 2 came into the house in the morning and did an exceptional job in 8 hours. The job was reasonably quoted and there were no hidden fees. Your Merry Maid arrived on time, did just what I asked. I await details about our contract - every other week etc.
The two people that came to my house were very polite and worked very hard. They did not take a break and worked until the job was done. We used this service after we moved out. They cleaned the cabinets inside and out and left the bathrooms and floors sparkly clean. I would recommend this cleaning service and will use them again in the future. They made my life a lot easier.
