My favorite experience is working with the woman who schedules service. She is accommodating and just very friendly. My next experience is when my rugs were cleaned.... it was amazing! Still super happy. The young lady that cleans my home is sweet and does a good job. I️ love how she is sensitive to my daughters Lego world! Not one Lego has been out of place !

My housekeeper is very pleasant, and it's good to know she's bonded and I feel comfortable having her in my home. She treats my belongings with care and respect.

The maid always comes on the date I am told and between the hours promised. I sometimes feel as though my floors are neglected. My floors are the main reason I hired Merry Maids due to an accident and I can't use one of my legs. They are always kind and happy when they arrive.

The women that come into my daughters Home have been patient and thorough. There is one exception -the woman assigned to my daughters house did not clean or vacuum the bedrooms or the stairs stating that the rooms were too messy. While i can’t vouch for the furniture -I know the floors were clear and ready to be vacuumed. That is all I asked for when I paid. But-when I called and spoke to Lisa First name removed in Holyoke -she was extremely helpful and we were able to schedule someone to come in to complete the job.
I don't know the names of any of the products Sherry and Tamara used but one of them was a spray that immediately "said". CLEAN! I had been cleaning and cleaning out my cousins' house and came home to a not-clean house and a knee replacement. I needed to have at least the visible dirt removed from sight.
I could not be more pleased with the job Sherry and Tamara accomplished in the house. Instead of focusing on visible dirt, they started at the top and swept, dusted, cleaned, polished everything on their way to the carpet and floor, setting everything in place and leaving such nice-looking counters that I'm actually working on keeping them looking that way.
I had heard about Merry Maids in other places where I've lived but have never had a need to use them. Now, absolutely yes.
I can't use a house clean every month but certainly have one or two times a year. I'll always turn to Merry Maids as long as it maintains such high standards.
I would like to comment on customer service. I have had a couple of concerns that required

I liked the options offered. Since it was only the first time for the cleaning, I'd like to wait for a few more visits to give a more thorough opinion of the actual service rendered but it was pretty darn good for a first time effort. We'll see how it works out over time. .

Very efficient
I did not have the opportunity to examine the products use in the home cleaning service, however, given the extent of cleaning required I am overall quite pleased with the results. I do have a couple suggestions. I removed what I thought was all the trash bags containing food that had been placed outside due to the fact that the City of Worcester does not want trash sitting outside except for the day of pickup. The next scheduled pickup was a week after the cleanup job started. The job started on Tuesday and was completed on Thursday. My next opportunity to be at the property was the following Monday only to find bags had been torn apart exposing more food; torn presumably by animals. I had to double bag using the required City of Worcester purchased trash bags. Suggestion: For future jobs including food disposal, ensure that food is not mixed with other trash. Bag food products separately from other trash.
I don't quite recall for bedroom cleaning whether under furniture (bed, mirrored bureau, chest) was part of the cleaning contract. While I was at the property on the Monday after the job completion, I had a couple people helping to move bedroom furniture out of the front bedroom and it appeared that under bed and under bureau cleaning had not been done.
I did not have a chance yet to closely inspect the windows for cleaning. If I notice anything I can provide further feedback. Again, given the extent of cleaning required, I am overall quite satisfied and would be very confident in recommending merry maids to friends and family.
I like it that you do just as the contract described - this gives me time to do more of detail work around our house, things I did not have time for. My husband had memory loss problems and I can spend more time with him. Everyone is friendly and helpful, particularly Liz (!) Thank You all.
