Your team does what it is expected to do. Your type of service does not do any picking up, and I understand not knowing WHAT is WHAT, they cannot be expected to. The team you have switched to recently has MUCH improved the cleaning job here. They don't just go through the motions, they actually are looking to clean. That is very nice, and I'm glad you offered another crew.

Merry Maids is dependable, reliable and professional. I've been a customer for several years and have recommended the service to several friends. I also appreciate their flexibility as I've had to rely on them to change my schedule because of vacations, visitors and holidays. I have only good things to say about Merry Maids.

The staff is always friendly and professional and trust worthy. They always do a great job, I have never had a problem. Having the girls clean saves me time, and in the summer time I have snow bird parents that stay with me and then my parents don't have to worry about having to clean. Keep up the great job.

Dana does a fabulous job. Also Angie (office assistant) is the best. Both of these kids rock! Please post a large note (with my comments) on the board within the office.

The staff is friendly, and when a question came up, management was quick to respond, and improve our service.
My energy level varies from day to day and there are times I can't do what I use to. I feel our house is caught up once a week.
This being said, It doesn't get to the point of feeling overwhelmed. Thank you for that.

Professional AND friendly, no "after-smell" of the products -even took out the garbage! (maybe they need to provide lessons to my ex! (LOL)
