Your service is good most of the time but laterly the area when you first enter my home is not being clean completely I am noticing that the spots left from the snow and ice is still present.
The products you are using is okay.

The service is consistent, I wish I could get an estimated time of arrival, even just a simple morning or afternoon would be great. I like FRESH and CLEAN scents such as cotton, linen, lemon, bleach...

Products for cleaning I don't concern myself to much with so long as they do the job, which they seem to be doing.
Your people coming into my home to clean are doing a reasonably good job, but do find places they don't get too well.

I liked that they stood behind their service. There were a few areas not cleaned thoroughly so a second team came out and finished the job. The second team did a great job and did not make me feel bad.
Amy Lanter was also very good to work with. She was very personal and cared about making things right.

Due to time and energy constraints, I hadn't been able to keep up with my home the way I wanted to. It was becoming almost unbearable to me. Thanks to Merry Maids, my home feels livable again. There were a few things I noticed that seemed to be missed the second time they came out, but it wasn't enough for me to complain, especially when the house had been so bad before they started coming. It is a busy time of the year. I am so grateful to be able to be able to come home and find the house in good shape. Thank you!

Well, I wasn't here for most of it but they must have had a good vacuum cleaner because the carpet looked good, and I have a lot of carpet in this house.
