Lisa does a wonderful job and with her hard work and products Merry Maid provides with our bath fixtures,
kitchen, and floors with them being cleaner than they have ever been and much better than my previous
cleaning lady. The 9 is because the substitute you send when Lisa can't clean doesn't
do that and it really showed quickly after she cleaned.
Merry Maids does a very good job and the products smell great but not over powering. The house feels very clean.
I like the friendliness of my Merry Maid. She is quick and efficient. She is willing to alter her cleaning upon request. She is trustworthy.

Very happy with service. However, the ceiling fans were not touched and they needed attention. Plus, I was under the understanding that 2 rooms per visit were "spring cleaned" in the cleaning service rotation we chose. When I asked the maids this, they seemed clueless. Waste baskets were not dumped either.
