I was no less than ASTOUNDED at the cleanliness of the home. I was completely amazed. I will be honest and say there were MANY parts of my house that had not been cleaned or dusted in over three years, and my gosh, if those areas weren't spotless. Merry Maids completely exceeded my expectations, and they were worth every penny. I felt bad for asking MM to clean the basement. It was full of bugs, cobwebs, bug droppings, just gross. The basement is soooooo clean now. I was like, oh, I bet they did NOT clean the ceiling fan blades. Oh, yes, they did. My shower/tub area: Spotless. The tile in the bathroom shower area, 100% clean. I am delighted and amazed and so happy and so satisfied. I am just used to a society where a consumer pays for a service and then gets subpar service or results. It was wonderful to come across a business that is the opposite and truly lived up to its promises and goals. I would use Merry Maids over and over and over again. The gals were A-MAZE-ING!!!

You get the job done correctly. If I request a change for some reason, you always come through with great results.

The attention to detail

Service are great, Darla is on time every time she is scheduled, the reminder phone call is a great added customer service benefit. The products are fine but Darla is working on my tub due to the yellowing that has shown up since using the products on the tub. I also would like to compliment Darla on her great cleaning abilities. She cleans the way I believe a house should be cleaned and I am very glad that you sent her to my house when I changed my cleaning day due to my work schedule change. THE PERSONS CLEANING ARE VERY POLITE AND DO A GREAT JOB. THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT IS TO BE DONE AND DO IT WELL. I WOULD TELL THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS TO USE YOUR MERRY MAID SERVICE

The floor cleaner leaves the floor shiney, clean but not slippery. The service appears detail oriented although I have only had a couple sessions. There have been a couple of things missed but all in all it is done well (stair handrail cleaned on top but not on bottom near floor and top of doors not 100% cleaned). The stainless cleaner leaves my refrigerator streaked.

I like the fragrance when I come home and the house smells so good and clean. I like the shiny fixtures in the baths and kitchen. I like that I can count on you leaving a list of what was cleaned. I like that when I check I am not disappointed in the cleaning that has been done.

The girls the come to my home are very friendly, do exactly what needs to be done and if I need something else at the last minute they never hesitate to take that extra minute to do the job. They are very professional, fast (it is clean when they leave) just cause they are fast doesnt meant that they are not getting it done, because they do get it done! They also have different cleaning smells, or sprays dont know wich- but I like it when they leave because the house smells very clean and fresh. I like the girls that come to my home.
