No one is perfect, but, you always provide what we ask for. All we have to do is ask once and any "minor" problem is resolved without question. You are "super" reliable. Never have the Maids failed to appear on the appointed day. Thank You!

The ladies are clean, respectful, quick, kind and do whatever I ask of them, i.e. take fingerprints off wall, change beds, etc. Although I have a set day in the morning, they are willing to adjust if I ask. Merry Maids in Cincinnati has been very accommodating to my needs.

Dana is nice and friendly yet comes in and gets her job done. I am undergoing chemo therapy and there are times I do not feel well and not in a "sociable mood". She seems to be very understanding of this.

The ladies are generally quick, agreeable, clean, and do their jobs well. The products do not take my breath away as some cleaning products do - however, they do get the house clean.
