I love the fact that I have the same team lead all the time. From time to time, she will bring someone new with her, but I'm comfortable with the continuity of having the same lead most of the time. All the products are fine and leave the house smelling fresh and clean, not perfumed.

I have been very satisfied with the work done on my home. I have only had one instance where a floor vent was damaged.
That being said, Merry Maids have gone out of their way to meet my needs.
I would recommend this service.
