I like the fact that service dates are scheduled well in advance and I can plan in ahead. The Merry Maid employees are always on time, friendly and efficient. We love how clean and organized everything is when they are finished.

I love my little team - they do a very good job and Thursday is my favorite day of the week, knowing I am going home to a clean home. I like the fact that MM cleaning products do not leave a strong scent as my husband has many allergies, and now we also get a little gold sticker on the toilet tissue to confirm that the bathrooms have received attention!

Reliability is my favorite aspect of Merry Maids. I know my house will be clean, I know the team will be there when scheduled or I will be contacted to reschedule (like when Hurricane Florence hit), and I know when I call or email, my questions will be answered.

Scheduling is so easy and they do such a great job!

I was very pleased with the service that the Merry Maids girls provided me. I was here when they cleaned and I only had to ask for a few things to be addressed from one of the girls. She was very happy to do it. The other girl was very thorough and didn't miss anything. I was very exited to see that they cleaned things like the ceiling fans in my cathedral height ceiling. I will have them back on a regular basis. They were cordial, respectful, and very sweet. I am thankful.
