This was our first experience using Merry Maids. As "man of the house" I was skeptical, initially, about having Merry Maids coming to my house. Primarily, I figured there was nothing they could do that I could not do. How wrong I was. These two working ladies discovered dirt and dust I had no idea existed in our house. Now, I can hardly wait for their next visit. For lack of a better word, they are simply awesome. Both me and my wife are grateful to one of our sons who has given us this wonderful gift; a visit by Merry Maids at least once a month. Hurry back, ladies. Friendly professional and wonderful

The maids are courteous, thorough, and efficient. Merrymaids provides great communication about scheduling and reminders of upcoming cleaning times and dates. I am pleased with the services rendered.

The ladies were very nice and professional. I loved that a quality control check was conducted at the end.

The only complaint I have would be that I didn't like what is being used on the floors. It didn't get the floors as clean as I would like them to be. They stayed and did what they could but they looked dingy within a day.

Other than that, I was very happy with my service.

Staff is friendly and they do an awesome job. They take pride and care in what they do.

I love that the service provides all their own cleaning products and equipment . The workers are very polite and friendly. the cleaning is well done. All of my small items were put back on the same shelves if not in the same location on the shelf but I have a lot of little things to deal with so that was fine I love having the whole house clean and smelling fresh.

Thorough and friendly

Merry Maids is so dependable and the ladies who clean for me are very responsive to any/all requests I make and always address any "special" cleaning need. I also like the fact that I have the same team for years. Management is excellent to work with.

It has been quite early in our contract for me to be able to give answers to these questions! There has only been one cleaning and that was the Hard Clean! Try me on the questionare a bit later! Thank you!
