Merry Maids fulfilled an urgent need request with speed and professionalism. We needed a deep clean of a house to ready it for a new baby. The customer service rep made special arrangements for us and accomplished the job immediately. On the cleaning day, one of the cleaners could not make it. However, the other cleaner, working by herself, stayed and cleaned the entire house. She worked tirelessly the entire day and did an amazing job. The cleaning exceeded our expectations, and the house is amazing. Thanks to Merry Maids for their professionalism, their proactivity, and their dedication. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies were very thorough. They were also very polite and informed me when they couldn't get things cleaned.
There were two spots that did not come clean (blue stain in bathroom and stain on kitchen counter). I got soft scrub with bleach and spread it on the stains, then used Mr. Clean's magic eraser and both stains were removed.
Ashley, Michelle & Tee went above and beyond in ensuring my home was spotless and boy did it need attention when they got there. They cleaned thoroughly and took extra care to make the beds which I really appreciate. They went out of their way to get the cobwebs hanging from the light fixture that I haven’t been able to reach. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
