We did all of this by phone. they did my mother's house in North Carolina and I live in florida. it wasquite expensive and everyone told me it was too much but I felt good about the person that I dealt with and feel like they did a very good job I heard from my neighbor in North Carolina that it all looked very good. the lady I dealt with over the phone was very professional very nice and always called me back and she said she would.
