In general, the ladies go above and beyond with little touches throughout the home. In the event that the ladies do not clean something or do not do it well, corrections are always made.
Our home is always clean and fresh smelling after the Merry Maids visit. There are some "quirks" about our house, but they are noted on the cleaning sheet and always taken into consideration.
The ladies are friendly and take good care with their work. If I happen to stay at home while they are cleaning, they are always thoughtful of my presence in the house and don't treat me as an annoyance, which I'm sure I am.

I like the ladies who clean the house. They seem thorough. I'm not as please with the products as I don't think they clean as well as I would like. I think that products cleaning sinks, for instance, need some form of abrasive which will take off stains better.
