Consistency

Nichole cleaned my house by herself last Thursday, October 25th. I was home, recovering from back surgery. She did a fine, efficient job and was very sweet and thoughtful.

I'm always concerned about the product you use to clean my tub, which was refinished many years ago. I have cleaned my tub myself before a cleaning because I was never sure you used a non-abrasive product like Soft Scrub. Since my back trouble, I have had to leave the job for the cleaning team. Do you use a non-abrasive cleanser?

Also, I like to leave a tip for the holidays, but it's really catch-as-catch can. Whoever shows up the last cleaning day before Christmas gets the tip, even if they're not one of my regulars. How can I get around this?
