I have only had one clean, but the ladies were wonderful. They didn't come in and rush through my house as though someone was chasing them. They were very thorough, professional, personable, and respectful. I asked about some of the products that they use, and I liked everything they mentioned. I did not see any filthy vacuum end like I have with previous cleaners. I was very pleased.

I like the fact that the house looks professionally cleaned when I get home. It always smells fresh without being overpowering. The women that come to clean are dependable, professional and friendly. All of my interactions with Merry Maids have been extremely helpful and efficient. They really go out of the to accommodate.

The staff are very friendly. The house just smelled clean after they were gone and not like chemicals.

I don't know about the products, but when the first visit was not very unsatisfactory, the supervisor corrected it immediately. They came back the next day and the second visit was fabulous. I am still waiting for my first "regular service" to see how it's done. Believe me, I will let you know!

I like the fact that you clean in a very logical pattern to make sure dust from the top is brought down to the bottom before moving on to vacuuming and dusting furniture. So....all the dust from lamps, overhead lights, fans, etc. get a good wipe down first. I also like the ladies that come here, Santa and Rebeca - Wish the equipment looked a little newer, but otherwise great!!

Special attention to a different room each cleaning day. When I come home in the evening and open the door, the house smells clean.

Merry Maids are extremely thorough. They work hard and are very friendly.

Tempie and Val are A-MAZ-ING! I'm unaware what happened on my last surgery but I want it put on their record it was a complete mistake and I feel as though the service the provide is outstanding. Side note: I find it absurdly adorable that they make my son's, Cain, crib each time and it's always different. They arrange his "woobies" (security toys/animals) and blankets different each time and I cannot tell a lie, when they leave, I go in his room to see what they did that time. In addition, we have several cats, one who is very old and they are always careful of her and we also have a "terrorist" (in a good way, he's just a big kitten and loves to play) and Val messes around with him when he gets in the rolled up carpets and such. Tempie and Val are not "just the ladies that clean my house", silly as it may sound, they are my friends! :)

It is great to have a clean house every other week. Although there are only 2 of us living here, things always need attention. Knowing that Merry Maids will be cleaning every other week frees me to do any deep cleaning (moving furniture, windows, etc.) that needs to be done.
