Though I have some issues in the past with attention to details/complete cleaning, Merry Maids have handled every issue well and took corrective action.

The ladies that clean (lead by Chelsea) are very thoughtful and kind. On several occasions, the ladies have gone above and beyond with little details that I greatly appreciate.

I have used Merry Maids for years. They are prompt helpful and my apartment is so very clean after they have been here.

The service is very good. The products I have noticed have changed. Not that I need to smell that it has been cleaned. I hope It just means more safer products for workers and customers are being used.

We've been very happy with your service. However, I feel it is imperative that you let the customer know if you're introducing a new cleaning product in our home such as the cinnamon scent used during our last cleaning. I have asthma and am seriously allergic to artificial scents. It took us several days to rid our home of the odor.

So nice to come home to a clean house! Professional and trustworthy.

don't know what you used in the bathroom, but it was great! soap scum that was there for the 5 years i lived here is all gone! it is a miracle! i tried everything from bleach to a mild acid... nothing. you folks show up, and the stuff is gone!

will definitely use you at my next home!
