Thorough Job - Expensive But Worth It . . .

Merry Maids are very careful with the items in my home and are very thorough. I feel safe having them in my house. I especially like the way they tidy up the dressers in the bedrooms.

I have been using the same cleaning company for over 8 years and decided to find a new cleaning team because of the bad service I was receiving. Merry Maids was the first company I called for an estimate and knew at once this was the company I wanted to clean my house and I was not disappointed. The cleaning ladies were the best I have seen they were very detailed and made sure everything was perfect before they left. My hardwood floors have never looked this good since my home was built. Excellent service!

Service was excellent. However, for the second cleaning week in a row, the cleaners left the door open when they left. When we returned on both times I only needed to push the door open as the latch was not engaged. When we leave after the cleaning people arrive we lock the door and it only needs to be closed until the latch engages. Please remind them to make sure the door is closed and they hear the latch click. Thanks, Name removed
