I love Senior Helpers. Very understanding and caring. The workers are great. I have not been working with this organization for long, my car gets broken but I am not forced to get another one, or pushed here and there. I can negotiate my hours of work where I wish to work, and could be understood when I raise a concern. I love the working environment with the other workers. It just makes me desire to get adjusted faster and do more for the organization.

Secondly, I love the fact that the organization deals with elderly people who need lots of support. I grew up being educated to take care of our elderly ones, to be with Senior Helpers doing what I have always done from childhood makes my day. I love helping seniors, every time I go out and help someone who is helpless, adding one more breath of life to their lives I just appreciate the organization. I also have the opportunity to apply rare meditative and mindfulness skills rarely used in assisting seniors in he country. The joy out weighs the stress, and how much I take home as salary.

I think the staff are very friendly and helpful. They reward dedicated workers by recognition as employer of the month, and a raise. They have come up with creative ideas to help us get through these very difficult times, like in July and August they had a "Loose to Win" contest. It gave me something else to focus on besides COVID 19 and the corrupt political scene. I was delighted because I won having lost only 12 lbs., which gave me enough money to pay for the window air conditioner which made it possible to survive the oppressive summer heat. Senior Helpers are the best!

My bosses have made more efficacious the opportunities to learn, and while no one is beyond mistakes, including my bosses, they have shown me patience and acted with caring discernment in helping me to continue to grow and excel at my job.
