The number one thing is that they really care about both their clients and staff. It's not just words like with other employers I have worked with. They don't hesitate or let fear of losing a client get in the way of reporting to proper authorities when the proper care is not being given or if a client is being abused by a family member. The employers are very hands on. They visit their clients on a regular basis to make sure the clients needs are being met. They also check in with their employee's on a regular basis. The next thing is that they are flexible with working with the employee's schedule. I am able to work the hours that I want to work. Lastly, they do their very best to match client and staff up so that both are happy.

Senor Helpers has been good about the days I work. I do fill in some when needed on days or shifts that I don't work normally. I have been given raises since I was hired. But I started at a lower pay when I first was hired. Which I was unhappy about.

I am retired and missed working with seniors. I am able to work the hours I want to work while still being able to take time off for the retirement part of my life. Senior helpers allows me to enjoy what I do. I take seniors life’s, health and safety very seriously and I believe Senior Helpers shares the same feelings as I do on this subject. In addition to being a support person for my clients, helping with personal care, grocery shopping, appointments, meds, and PT I enjoy conversing with them. I love listening and hearing their stories and doing activities they enjoy doing along with them.
