Wonderful owners who really care about the clients and the caregivers. I have worked for two other companies. One of them for ten years. They have contacted me multiple times to work for them again. After working for Peter and Linda for a while, I decided I didn't want to work for any other company. About ten years ago I signed up with My CNA jobs and have been contacted by different companies to come in for a interview and work for them. I was checking out other jobs at one point because I was unhappy with the Napa Senior Helpers (originally hired by the Napa office). Have had a lot of wonderful clients. Twice I've been Caregiver for the Month. Once for the Napa office and once for the Santa Rosa.

Liked that Peter trained me on my first day with 4 consecutive clients n that Peter left abruptly while I was training with Stan mcc Isaac to help a worker who’s client was off her meds n acting crazy. That showed this co. Really cares fir it’s workers n can offer fast help when other agencies might just say sorry n good luck n nothing else. I worked 14 yrs with hiss’s govt agency m they would never do that, based on experience

I like that Senior Helpers has me work with 2 or more clients a day sometimes, and how the clientel are l9cated near eacj other when they schedule shift like that.

In the short period of time that I have been associated and employed by Senior Helpers it has been a good and positive experience. What I like about Senior helpers is the sincere and helpful staff. After being on lock down status for so long I was not full of the confidence that I have always had working as a field employee. Also I had just relocated only a year ago and was re-orienting myself to Sonoma County. I was eager to move forward and get to work. I was in uncharted waters, but with the skill and support of the team of office staff, it did not take much time to gain back that confidence. To give quality care it is important to have confidence in your work and with those who depend on you. I can't say enough good things about this agency and am grateful to be a part of the team and fortunate that I reached out to them to help and support the needs of a community I love so much.
