Response from agency when a situation needs addressing is timely. Documentation on Quick-Care for other caregivers is accessible by internet/phone system & easy to use.
A clientele of mine had an unsafe environment the agency was able to assist the family and making it a safe place to live.
The owners make house visits & check ins to insure other family members stay informed of their loved ones well being.
I have a family member in a different county that depends on Senior Helpers to be on time, making it easy to leave home & knowing their brother is in good hands.
I have been a caregiver for over 20 years working for 2 other agencies & I prefer Senior Helpers.
All caregivers are certified with the state.
The agency has an required extensive training program.
