The scheduling team does a great job to match the client with the care giver. Also, level of experience of caregiver, i.e. Hospice care and fundamentally clients that need experienced care.
They do their best to answer questions and provide support if needed. The care giver has the option to decline a client if it is not a match. Also, there are benefits to those who go above and beyond their limit.

Very Professional staff and very fast in communicating

Great communication is a hallmark of Senior Helpers! Very rarely do I call and no one is available, and it is usually late or night ir the weekend. Sometimes I need a perspective on a client and Client Services has been very helpful.

I also like their software app for scheduling. I can see what shifts Ive worked and the upcoming schedule. The app lets me add comments and note reimbursable mileage.

I do like being reimbursed for mileage but one downside is that the first 20 miles to a client are not reimburse-able. Changing it to first 15 would cover my gas.
