Just about everything. Love my two Seniors that I visit with 3 days a week, 4 hour shifts. Their grown children are kind also so it’s really a good thing, they are just 4 blocks away and I live 5 blocks away. It’s almost like a ministry for me, the work is plenty and I enjoy all aspects of this wonderful opportunity
I appreciate management understanding the conditions older care providers and AI.hsve issues understanding one another, literally. Those individuals providing care must understand client needs above all other demands. Our management team has been more interactive with provider and client needs compared to my prior experiences in this field. Thank you.

Flexible scheduling
It’s a team of workers that all support an amazing system, if you can work a lot or not so much the system is supported and there for you. All the clients I’ve worked with have been very well cared for by other Senior Helpers workers, when I’m there I try to do an above and beyond job caring for them so if and when others come into the job I’ve done my share. I love the team work, which includes all the office workers that keep things running smoothly, I don’t take any of it for granted. I am relatively new to Senior Helpers and hope to work more hours next week.

Personally, all the training that is required, and in general what you do. You’re helping a demographic. That is a much need to stay independent, which is very important to our seniors. They serve us now we serve them. I love the concept. Also, I really like the choice of saying yes or no to a job by text. That’s brilliant. You seem very organized and a very caring group..
I like the fact that is a place where seniors can find the help they are looking for.. reliable people willing to help and give company, driving to the store and taking them to Doctor’s appointment.
