I like the fact that the staff is friendly and treat the care givers with respect. Also, good workshops are available to better serve clients with special needs such as dementia. And rewards are available, such as increase in pay, when worker proves to be conscience and caring.

I like that owners Peter and Linda really care about both their clients and staff. It’s not just words like with other employers I have worked with. They don’t hesitate or let fear of losing a client get in the way of doing the right thing such as reporting to proper authorities. Nor do they discourage their caregivers from proper reporting. Peter and Linda are hands on in all aspects. They check in with both their clients and staff on a regular basis making sure clients needs are being met and that staff has the support they need. They will even cover shifts themselves when there is nobody else to do it. Always an open door and always ready to help and answer questions. They are also flexible when working with employees schedules when given reasonable advance notice.
I like the clients with their freedoms and rights just like the rest of us and I like how I help the clients help themselves and make a difference in their outcomes 🙏 if they are open enough to accept doing with their LOL!
