Group classes at convenient times and youth sports is more organized this year.
I live quite a distance from this Y but I love the Silver Sneakers Classic class that is taught by Inez. She is such a great instructor. She is super easy to follow and her transitions are super smooth. The camaraderie in our class is something to look forward to each week.

Very supportive team at Davis-Scott and friendly. My favorite class there is with Maci Nichols.
I like that the staff is friendly and greets me as I arrive and as I leave.
Programs that are. May I say, why can't we get more 630 700 730 8pm evening classes. And Tuesday and Thursday workout at 515am or 530am.
