There is a wide variety of programs and activities. All the staff are really nice and helpful. I also like the app because it makes it easy to sign up for the activities and has descriptions too.

I've only lifted weights on my own and attended a yoga class so far but the class was great and I'm excited to try pilates next!

Everyone is so accommodating and kind. The child watch and kid watch staff are so sweet and really rooting for you. I love the doseum structure in the middle. I usually have my kids play there after I work out. Physical training has been fantastic too!

The aquatic Zumba and fit class are my favorite. They are super fun and high energy and you really get a great workout
