I love the fitness classes. The center is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the Wednesday morning class eith Liz Herrera (forever well). She is always well prepared and truly focused on wellness, balance, and aging. Such a great instructor.

I don't really participate in the programs or activities except for the 180 club. But I admire everything that the Y offers.
The variety of group classes is good, workout floor is well-stocked, the pool provides another great way to workout and is also fun for family swim, my kids always enjoy the kids' area and especially love the workers there
I like the friendly atmosphere that you don't have at many different health clubs. I like that the Y refinished the handball/racquetball courts and I hope they don't close any more of them, since they took away the one court. I like the health/physical options the Y offers members.
Everything looks very tidy, and there are lots of exercise equipment.
Welcoming atmosphere with a nice variety of classes and activities.
I like the location. The facility has a lot more weights than most of the YMCAS in the area.
