The USAA Summer Camp was the best decision I have ever made for my kiddo when it comes to summer time fun. Not only was the staff so patient and understanding, but they exceeded all of my expectations in caring for my son. Mr. Sam and Mrs. Kelly were the best and so understanding. All of the staff was truly amazing.
We haven't tried any programs but like that swimming lessons are available for children. Having childcare services is great and we will eventually take advantage of this opportunity. For now, we are enjoing the open pool as we prepare the babies for lessons.

I've only used the workout machines so far but am looking forward to utilizing the pool fitness and cardio classes.
I am a new member and have not participated in any programs or activities yet.

I like that swimming was incorporated each week along with the field trip. It is a nice breakup on the week. I also like the partial day in the claims building to help with managing the heat.
We just settled in and have not had a chance to experience any of the many programs offered. We will be hitting it next week

I love to stay active, all your exercise class are great. There's a swimming pool which is always a plus. Work out gym

My son loved the outdoor camp. The activities they did like arts and crafts, the splash pad days, the pool days and fiels trips. What I didn't like is j would pick up my son and they didn't know where exactly he was. Despite the calls on the radio that they need him to come for pick up, the radios didn't seem to work. Became worrisome multiple times.
My kids did swim lessons this summer. The coaches are patient and kind, and they keep the classes fun and exciting! I recommend that every coach give parents updates on their children's progress. The coach responsible for my children's class never gave me an update, not even once. However, he was absent twice, and the other coaches who filled in for him gave me updates on their progress at the end of each class, and that was great.
My kids loved their swim class! All 3 of them came out more confident in themselves and their ability to swim. The instructor was extremely patient and accommodating of my children. I greatly appreciate YMCA for having qualified personnel and reasonable pricing for my large family.
The swim coach worked very well with our little one to get him started on his swim journey.
I would definitely recommend YMCA at Potranco. The staff there are so friendly and are so willing to help customers. I had a good experience at this location and I look forward to enrolling in other programs.

The customer service and all the activities that they offer and the price is not bad.
We love Layla and Mayah Cantrell's swimming Instructer. He was kind caring and firm when needed. He was in the water with the class and still was able to monitor their strokes. Bottom line the children appreciate him!! We thank God for such a wonderful person.
All the aquatic coach's are phenomenal! My only complaint is the swim meets are extremely long and there needs to be a better process for race days. This was a common complaint among parents.
Other than that, all of the coaches are extremely encouraging and stay on track with swim education.
I like that I say the same counselors and staff over and over and over. I like that after a while they really get to recognize your kid. I also enjoy that there's always something different going on.
