Good assortment of programs
The wonderful communication via emails/text. I am always up to date about any changes or being informed on uniforms, sign ups, changes in schedule, reminders about practice ect. It is sooo organized and I am beyond thankful! We have had the most amazing experience and this is our first time doing a sport with the YMCA.
The culture there is a very friendly environment.

Both our kids are playing soccer there and the experience has been wonderful. The communication from this YMCA has been top-notch. Fields are well-maintained. Volunteer coaches and YMCA staff have been positive and professional. We'll absolutely be back for the spring.

I like that people are very friendly and it feels like a community environment with families, senior citizens and young children all together. I feel very welcomed in that space.
I only toured the facility and tried the aqua center. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Also it was clean and had variety of options for the whole family.
Provides mostly everything needed to get a full workout while have an atmosphere that is comfortable to workout in. Just missing a sauna that would make my experience the best.

I love the community at YMCA Boerne. I am active in the Pilates groups and also now in some of the group YMCA classes. Everyone is fantastic there. The friendly faces up front every day like Mike, Art, Lucy and Amy and more of course! The teachers such as Kiera, Danielle P, Danielle E, Cheryl, Colleen, Kenny, Kelly, Gina, oh gosh there are so many...Everyone brings a culture of love, encouragement, and open arms. Thank you for all that you do everyone! Praying for God's greatest blessings over all of you!

Hello, I really don't participate in your programs. I solely work with weights, machines and cardio.
I do have some comments about the gym experience. I think front desk staff should be more welcoming to guests when they arrive, offering an acknowledgement, a hello, welcome etc... This courtesy extends to when guests leave. I've walked past the front desk when staff is socializing and on their phones with zero acknowledgment. It's rude. I can't imagine not acknowledging my customers when they arrive and leave my place of business. Also, the gym does not have a pleasant smell. The carpet absorbs sweat and that does not disappear. I used to provide room sprays for the Y but they stopped purchasing them. I also have scent machines with HVAC connectivity like the ones I provide to Hotel Emma, Thompson, Valencia, Contessa, Gunter, Menger, Crockett etc.... this would certainly remedy this issue.
