Everything! We hadn't flown in years and Park & Fly was the easiest part of our trip. The people are so nice and very helpful. We parked our car and they came immediately to lhelp unload our bags from our car and put them on their bus to take us to the airport. This was very important to us because my husband uses a walker and therefore can't help carry anything.

When we returned to pick up our car. We only had to call them to let them know we were ready for pickup and they came and took care of getting our bags onto their bus and brought us directly to our car.

Tina at the Cleveland Hopkins location was so patient, and helpful. This was first time utilizing Park N Fly services, and though I was confused everyone was so helpful.

I like that you have a lot of Parking buses to and from the airport and plenty of parking spaces to reserve and that your reservation system is easy. But, I especially like your discounts.

I love that you pick us up at our car. I love that you never leave us waiting more than a few minutes. I love being able to book on the app. I love the discounts and I love earning free stays.

it's easy taking the shuttle of yours to the airport but coming home I couldn't believe the elevators, pathways, floors, etc. we had to go to to get to the shuttle - it was terribly exhausting for an 84 year old lady!!!

A tad difficult to find your Park n Fly lot at first but once I did, the staff was great, the self parking was great, & the ride was waiting for me right away. On my return back, Keith was a superb driver and even suggested a restaurant to me if I needed something to eat before my drive home. I did go there and it was just what I needed! My car was fine when I picked it up which is important of course! I definitely will use Park n Fly again and suggest it to others!

Great service and Free wash service.

The App was simple to use and arrange our parking reservation! The attendant the morning we arrived was super friendly, helpful, and quickly guided us to an available handicap parking spot. Shuttle driver was called. Shuttle driver safely and quickly dropped my wife and I at airport, no issues. Later in trip had to contact customer service about a delay in the trip, CSA was so friendly and presented information quickly. Return trip was all of what I described in reverse. Great experience!! 10!!

The free car wash!

I couldn't be happier with Park n Fly - they have made my trips so much less worrisome. I can count on being dropped off on time for take off, using my wheelchair accessible van. Then picked up with little time to wait, as they pick me up with my wheelchair accessible van. The drivers are friendly and professional.

All I need to do is call ahead and let them know so they know they will need to pull a driver off the road.
