Staff very helpful and nice. One lady hardly spoke English and had a ticket to the parking deck. They were so nice to her and got her to go to the right place.

What do you like about our services?

Easy to reserve a space, was easy to find a space. The driver was at my car waiting before I could even get my bags out of the car. The driver was pleasant and got me to where I needed to go on time. Additionally, when my flight landed, I used the app and the driver was there within 5 minutes or less. Quick and easy. I would definitely use park and fly plus again.

What do you like about our services?

Booked online- process was simple and straightforward. Entering the lot and finding a spot was easy. The only negative was waiting for a shuttle on our return flight. May have been delayed due to the construction around the terminal. A "major" bright spot- drivers were extremely helpful loading and unloading our luggage (some other brands I've experienced in the past were not).

It was super easy and convenient! The staff was very friendly and the car was waiting for us with the AC on, they helped with the bags and even offered us waters when we returned. The service was great and so much better than trying to find a parking spot at the airport.
