The shuttle is always right there to pick you up when you exit your car at drop off, even in the very early hours of the morning. The pick up at the airport is quick as well.
Easy drive to the facility. Easy to make a reservation with the app we are part of a point system and were able to earn our entire fee for last minute trip for my husband’s mothers funeral. It’s nice to have one less expense.

Went so smooth and stress free
It worked. We haven't used park/fly from MSP for many years way before internet reservations and texting but this worked great for a 8 day vacation out east. Drop off and pickup were fine and car was too.

I do not like the new airport pickup situation. PUT THE SIGNS BACK OUT SO NOBODY FIGHTS ABOUT GETTING ON THE SHUTTLE! ITS NOT CLEAR ANYMORE WHERE TO STAND AND LINE UP!
It is cost effective when living far away from airport. It is convenient when we have 3+ people in group because a typical rideshare may not have sufficient space.
For outbound trip, the shuttle followed us when we drove to parking spot so we did not need to wait.
For inbound trip, waiting time at airport was short (5-10 min), not so bad as I saw in other reviews. And shuttle dropped us just at our parking spot.
The covered parking was in good secured lot.
Overall, I had a great experience with this remote parking service.
