The drivers were super nice and they helped us find a spot. We also used the car wash on the way out since our car was covered in bird poop and debris from the tree. This was very convenient. The access to the hwy was very convenient as well.

Love the ease of entering / exiting the facility with the QR code, whether printed or on the phone app. The staff directing folks upon entering is very helpful and cheerful, and the courtesy bus drivers are also very friendly!

Incredible staff!!!

The drivers were especially helpful and friendly. We did have trouble finding a spot—we had a reservation, so we got in; but the lot was completely full and cars were parked all over the place on grass and under trees. We ended up having to park at the end of a line of cars without a designated space. The driver said it was okay and when we returned, someone had placed cones around our car. So we appreciated that very much.
When we got to the pick up spot on our return we didn’t have to text for pickup. Someone was already there and he waited for us to walk over. Except for the worry about not having a designated parking space (which we understood—it was a crazy day for travel!) it was a perfect experience. Super easy and convenient. We booked a spot for our next two trips!

I consider the service here to be excellent. We were able to get in and out to the airport very quickly. Shuttle took us right after we dropped my car. There was a shuttle waiting for us when we got off the plane on our return. Carr waiting in and out in five minutes. Thank you.
