1 thing to improve was knowing who to connect with when we arrived to your facility. We weren't sure who to contact and when someone would pick us up, to bring us to the airport.

Parking lot is secure and employees professional and courteous. The ease of going to and from the airport is fantastic, as is the timing of pick up in the lot to the airport and the pickup at the airport for the return ride to the lot. Waiting time is minimal.

Ease of check in early in the morning with the QR code. Check out was not as smooth. Need to explain check out process with QR code more clearly, but overall very good experience and friendly employees!

Reasonable cost to park. Short drive to Midway. Easy to get picked up at Midway with call or text notification when getting bags. Shuttle Pickup from Midway was timely.

I like to be able to get online and make the appointment and pay. Also the drivers who pick you up and get you to the gates and bring you back to the car are always so kind!
