The lot I use is at 2525 Camp Creek Pkwy. The camera/scanner to enter the self park covered area really needs help. I tried multiple, repeated, succesive unsuccesful tries to enter it. Finally, wanting to get to my plane, I gave up on the scanner and just parked in the uncovered lot even though I had paid for covered parking. This scanner has been troubled for months. If you could please fix it / repalce it, that would be great.

The driver is always at your car in the ramp and at the airport for pick up. The wait is minimal. The drivers are also always helpful and friendly.

We appreciate being able to make advanced reservations. There is usually someone waiting to pick us up from our car and bring us to the airport, not delaying our travel plans. The Park 'N Fly in Minneapolis is easy to find, and just a quick shuttle to the airport. Being able to make a reservation online was very helpful. The texts to let me know what to do each step of the way made it easy to use. Having a slip handed to me with my parking spot number on it was handy.
