I love the valet service, the frequency of the shuttles to/from the airport and the friendliness of the staff. I am so sorry to hear that this service will no longer be available under the new ownership, and extremely sad to hear that so many people have lost their jobs.

What do you like about our services?

I like your service however, on the day that I arrived I was told that the company had been bought out my the Parking Spot. I had to wait an unusual amount of time for a bus pickup and before that the gate wasn't working so I could not get to a parking spot. Also, the Parking Spot busses are NOT NEARLY as nice as your busses, so I was not happy with being picked up by the Parking Spot bus. NOT AT ALL

It makes it so easy to park prior to arrival at Midway airport. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
