My mother is 95 in a wheel chair. They made it very easy and helped me get her into and out of the shuttle. They made us feel important and not a problem. I appreciated that.

This was very convenient, I was worried as it was our first time using this service. When we arrived we weren’t sure what to do, The driver had us follow him to a parking spot and picked us up right at our spot, brought us directly to the airport where we had plenty of time. On the way home we took the tram to the silver parking garage, where the shuttle was there already so we were able to get on right away, gave them my ticket stub and he brought us right to our car. The only thing is I wish I would’ve had cash on the way home, because I was not able to tip like I did when we were dropped at the airport. So I will always remember to have cash with me for a tip as they most definitely deserve! Thankful for this service.
