Easy to make the reservation. Drivers were efficient and courteous and very pleasant. Even though our Southwest flight arrived quite late (11PM) your driver was there to pick us up.
One negative. The location of the scanner for the QR code is not intuitive. It's on the side and we had trouble figuring it out.
Everything is perfect. We love the pickup to and from the airport. We rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for the ride. The driver handles all the luggage so you don't have to lift a thing until you're loading your car. Also, the girl at the front window is always so cheerful!

I liked that you sent a text with my reservation information; I don't know if that is still happening with the new owner. I liked that you provided free water - again, is that still happening under the ownership of 'The Parking Spot'? I liked that you could pay beforehand for your reservation - with the appropriate discount - and then cancel up until just before the time of the start of the reservation. That does NOT seem to be available under the new ownership. These are all bonuses that should be reinstated by The Parking Spot management.
