Pick ups are prompt, free car wash. However, some drivers are stop and go type of drivers, many jerky starts and then step on the brqlws

The wait for the shuttle is short. They drive you right up to your car. Providing a carwash for use is just a cherry on top. Will definitely be using this service in the future.

The staff are great. They directed me on what lane to park in and cars that came in right after me were directed to the same lane or close by. That made easier for the driver to pick up everyone quickly. Both drivers were very helpful in loading and unloading our luggage. I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needs to park near Midway Airport.
